Nathan Pearce · Midwest Dirt · Bootleg Edition
£5.00

Soft cover, design by Akina Factory, text by Nathan Pearce, edition of 275, signed and numbered.

This is the bootleg version of Midwest Dirt. The books beautiful first edition was printed and designed by Akina Factory in London. This zine version is a bootleg of that original. It's original design was copied at a local print shop in southern Illinois. There are wrinkles due to paper jamming and there are some whiteout corrected errors. Edits and modifications have been made with marker, pen, highlighter and whiteout. The end result is beautifully flawed but in the end it is indeed beautiful.“

The photographer is part of the generation who he portrayed, he’s not looking for stereotypes, he tells you how the place really is. The mini sequences are moving on the pages from the very top to the very bottom, assuming that “The world moves slower here” (Akina Factory)

Pages: 80
Place: Illinois (USA)
Year: 2015

All Night Long Vol.5
£5.00

All Night Long Vol.5 is a split zine between Nathan Pearce and Tammy Mercure. Featuring 24 pages of photography from both artists. The A5 sized saddle stitched photo book is published by Same Coin Press.

Nathan Pearce’s signature sombre portraits in black and white are in stark contrast to Tammy Mecure’s full-colour in-your-face flash photography, like scenes out of a horror film set, or a carnival-gone-wrong.
